construction on my lot?
Yes, our prices include complete construction on your lot. We can even bring
the materials through a gate into a backyard or other restricted access
locations.

What is the Guaranty
period?
We guarantee all materials and workmanship for 5 years.
What is the delivery
or destination charge?
There are no destination or delivery charges. The only other charge is
Washington State sales tax.
What preparation for the site is
required?
The site must be level
within 6" and all brush etc must be cleared away. We build from the
ground up so no concrete
slab is required.
