CUSTOMER NOTICE:
The
entire balance due must be paid at completion
of building. Customers are responsible for
obtaining any applicable permits.
Customers are also responsible for basic
preparation of the building site by
removing trees, limbs,
brush and by grading the site to within 6” of level.
We also build garages, decks, fences, and carports.
