Do your prices include construction on my lot?
Yes, our prices include complete construction on your lot. We can even bring the materials through a gate into a backyard or other restricted access locations.

What else do you build?
We also build Carports, Heavy Equiptment buildings and other Shelters.Please ask for a bid based on your needs.

Are you Bonded and Licensed?
Yes, We are licensed and bonded general contractors. Our Washington State licence number is: ARCADB*775DC.

What is the Guaranty period?
We guarantee all materials and workmanship for 5 years if paint suggestions are followed.

What is the delivery or destination charge?
There are usually no destination or delivery charges. The only other charge is Washington State sales tax.

            What preparation for the site is required?
            We ask the site to be level within 6" and all brush etc must be cleared away. We set the building on low                   profile blocks so no slab is required. We can do some minor leveling or extra blocking for a small fee.  

CUSTOMER NOTICE:  We ask for one third to one half as a down payment and the balance immediately upon completion. Our customers are responsible for basic preparation of the building site by removing trees, brush, overhanging limbs and grading the site to within 6 inches of level. If you need us to do some minor leveling or extra blocking let us know and we can help for a small fee.
